She was also extremely accurate with sale price and what was necessary to be addressed at the residence in order to make it appealing to a buyer. By virtue of my living in Texas and the sale took place in Florida, her use of Docu sign was also a significant time saver. She is simply proficient at what she does. The moment you'd rather forget? If that's a negative it does not apply to Danielle. I handled this matter on behalf of parent who could no longer take care of himself.
