She helped facilitate the sale by quickly providing a plumber for some necessary maintenance work when I (residing in Texas) could not without delaying the sale. She was also extremely accurate with sale price and what was necessary to be addressed at the residence in order to make it appealing to a buyer. By virtue of my living in Texas and the sale took place in Florida, her use of Docu sign was also a significant time saver. She is simply proficient at what she does.
The moment you'd rather forget?
If that's a negative it does not apply to Danielle. I handled this matter on behalf of parent who could no longer take care of himself. The condition of the residence was, and I'll be kind, horrendous. Danielle's breadth of knowledge about what needed to get done to sell the residence was invaluable. If I had to forget something it would be the first time I had to show Danielle the residence as it was in serious disrepair. She encouraged a very balanced approach in how to prepare the residence for sale.
